How to apply

Start by requesting the sponsor pack with the form below, then apply for the plan you choose.

1. Request materials

2. First deadline

   Friday, October 30, 2026. Applications after the deadline are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Lottery

   Wednesday, November 4, 2026. We draw plans in order starting from the highest tier; if you're not selected for your preferred plan, you'll automatically be entered into the drawing for the next tier.

4. Confirmation

   After the lottery, we'll email you to confirm your plan. We'll also send a template sponsorship agreement (in Japanese and English) along with our Code of Conduct.

5. Contract

   Based on the template, please send us the contract through an e-signature service of your choice (Cloudsign, DocuSign, freee sign, or whichever your company already uses). We only sign electronically on our end.

6. Invoice & payment

   The invoice will be issued by our organization (TRY SWIFT TOKYO ASSOCIATION, Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number T5040005020497) and sent in parallel with the contract signing. Payment is due by Friday, January 29, 2027.

   • * If your internal policies require payment only after the contract is signed, please let us know in advance and we'll adjust the schedule.
   • * For payments from overseas, we recommend a bank transfer.
   • * If you need a W-8BEN-E (for example, for US companies), we'll send you a completed form.

7. Preparation

   We'll be in touch via a dedicated Slack Connect channel. If your company's policies don't allow Slack Connect, we can use email instead. We'll add your logo to the official website and other materials as soon as it's provided.

• * Cancellations after the first deadline place a significant burden on the organizing team, so we kindly ask you to avoid them where possible.
• * The second deadline is in early January 2027. Please check availability using the inquiry form.
